Liposomes are what actually carry the nutrient (in this case, iron) directly to your cells and body tissue. You can think of them as tiny fat-soluble bubbles that encapsulate the iron and mimic the structure of our cell membranes. This allows for enhanced intestinal and cellular absorption. 

The liposomes also protect the nutrient from harsh acids (that are typical in our gastro-intestinal tract), while it is being transported to your intestine for absorption.

Recommended Use

For Adults: One sachet per day with food. Pour contents directly into the mouth (totally dissolves without the need of water) or mix with drink/food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
